Man, 31, arrested following 'disturbance' in Falkirk area village
A large police presence was reported in the Hallglen area and residents were shocked to see what they thought was armed response officers.
Police would not confirm if armed response officers were present at the incident, but did state they were responding to reports of a disturbance.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.35pm on Wednesday, September 2, police received a report of a disturbance and concern for a man at a property in the Calder Place area.
"A 31-year-old man was arrested and enquiries remain ongoing.”
