Comic Con is returning to Falkirk town centre this month - here's what you need to know
Comic fans young and old won’t want to miss the return of Comic Con to Falkirk next weekend.
BGCP Comic Con will be back in the town’s Howgate Shopping Centre on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15.
Whether you’re searching for a budget friendly family day out, hunting down rare vintage comic books and action figures, or are just looking to snap photos with your favourite superheroes, the free comic con weekend is for you.
The event promises two days of fun with traders offering collectibles, free character meet and greets and free-play arcade machines.
Visitors can enjoy browsing dozens of stalls by independent creators and traders. It’s an opportunity to browse thousands of graphic novels, back issue comics, retro toys, action figures, anime merchandise and trading cards.
Over the two days, some of your favourite iconic superheroes, villains and mascots will be roaming around the centre – a perfect opportunity to snap a selfie.
Or why not enjoy playing some classic retro arcade games free of charge.
The event runs from 10am to 4pm on both Saturday and Sunday in the Howgate, with admission free and no tickets required.
And of course, it wouldn’t be BGCP Comic Con if cosplay costumes and fancy dress weren’t encouraged.
