This year’s celebration, themed “Praise Ye the Lord,” will bring together the church’s diverse congregation and invited guests for a vibrant programme of praise, cultural expression and community fellowship.

The event will feature a performance by the Bo’ness Community Accordion Band, alongside presentations representing a variety of international cultures. Guests will enjoy displays of traditional food, dance and singing as the church celebrates the cultural diversity within its congregation.

Reflecting on the success of last year’s Cultural Sunday, a church spokesperson said: “Last year’s Cultural Sunday was a joyful and memorable celebration that brought people from different backgrounds together in an atmosphere of praise, friendship and unity. The enthusiasm of our congregation and guests demonstrated how culture and faith can help strengthen relationships and build a welcoming community.”

The church expects dignitaries and visitors from different parts of the United Kingdom to attend this year’s celebration. Everyone is warmly invited to participate, experience the richness of the cultures represented and join the congregation in worship and fellowship.

A representative of RCCG Falkirk Life House added: “Cultural Sunday gives us an opportunity to celebrate both our shared faith and the diverse traditions represented within our church family. We look forward to welcoming members of the community and guests from across the country for an uplifting celebration.”

The event takes place at 11am on Sunday, November 1 in the former St Andrews West Church Building in Upper Newmarket Street.
