Falkirk bus stop bully boy must wait another month for sentence

An offender who attacked a man at a town centre bus stop was told to wait a month for another case to come along before he could be sentenced.

Sean Kenna, 19, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having admitted repeatedly punching the man to the head to his injury at Asda bus stance, Newmarket Street, Falkirk on May 9 last year.

Sheriff Elizabeth McFarlance deferred sentence on Kenna, 41 Carradale Avenue, Tamfourhill, until December 3 to call alongside his community payback order review.
