Health retailer Semichem has opened inside Scotmid in Bonnybridge creating five new jobs in the local community.

The new 1000 square foot Semichem section, located in the High Street store opened last Thursday, and includes health and beauty products adding to Scotmid’s existing retail service.

Customers can also access selected Semichem items through Snappy Shopper, with home delivery available throughout the surrounding area.

David Thompson, head of Semichem, said: “We’re delighted to have opened in Bonnybridge and to bring Semichem’s popular health, beauty, fragrance and household ranges to customers inside the existing Scotmid store.

“This new opening gives local shoppers even more choice under one roof, with the great value and everyday essentials Semichem is known for, while also creating five new jobs in the community. We look forward to welcoming customers and making Semichem part of their regular shop in Bonnybridge.”
