Overnight house arrest ditched as Stenhousemuir window smasher gets prison sentence
Appearing from custody via video link at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday, Craig Robertson, 34, had admitted threatening behaviour, uttering derogatory remarks towards police officers, and damaging property – smashing a window – at an address in King Street, Stenhousemuir on February 28.
Sheriff Maryam Labaki revoked the existing restriction of liberty order and sentenced Robertson, Room 1, Flat 1, Holy Trinity House, St Mary’s Wynd, Stirling, to eight months in prison, to run concurrently with the sentence he is already serving for another matter.
