Testing time for banned Laurieston driver as court makes another disqualification order

Dylan Hunter, 24, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having admitted driving while disqualified in Bowhouse Road, Grangemouth on February 10.

The court heard Hunter, although his driving ban period had expired, was still disqualified because he had yet to sit the extended driving test.

Sheriff Craig Harris deferred sentence on Hunter, 24 Carse Crescent, Laurieston, until October 22, for a Venture Trust assessment to be carried out and – to make Hunter’s driving status perfectly clear – placed him on an interim ban until that date.
