Camelon offender behaved herself after choking woman during assault
A first offender who got a woman in a headlock during an assault has now proved to the court she can behave herself.
Catherine Brown, 46, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday, having pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman – putting her in a headlock and choking her – on October 28 last year.
Sheriff Elizabeth McFarlane noted first offender Brown, 30 Hamilton Street, Camelon, had been doing well while she was on her structured deferred sentence and simply admonished her.
