Retekess will unveil a range of wireless audio solutions for tour operators, museums, attractions and corporate events at WTM London 2026, including AI-powered translation technology supporting 120 languages.

A wireless audio technology company is set to showcase its latest communication systems for the tourism industry at WTM London 2026. Retekess will exhibit at ExCeL London from November 3 to 5, demonstrating products designed to help tour operators, museums, attractions and event organisers improve communication with visitors and audiences.

The company will present a range of wireless audio systems aimed at guided tours, multilingual visitor experiences, corporate training and professional events, as well as explore opportunities with distributors, rental firms and resellers. Among the products on display will be the TT136 AI translation guide system, which supports translation in 120 languages, dual-language audio broadcasting and two-way group translation.

The company says the technology can help tourism businesses cater for international visitors and improve accessibility for multilingual groups. Retekess will also showcase products from its T130P, T130U and TT106S ranges for guided tour applications, allowing tour operators to communicate with groups more clearly in busy environments where background noise can be an issue.

For museums and visitor attractions, the firm will demonstrate self-guided and pre-recorded audio solutions, including the TT128 and TT127 systems, designed to provide flexible options for visitor engagement. The exhibition will also see the launch of the TGS-50, a model aimed at distributors and resale partners. The device supports up to 70 simultaneous groups and includes noise-cancellation technology and an OLED display.

Retekess said the product is intended to help rental companies and resellers expand their wireless audio offerings across a range of sectors. The company will also highlight audio systems for business visits, training sessions and conferences, including the TT126 and TT129, alongside multilingual communication tools.

Retekess said the event would provide an opportunity for tourism professionals, venue operators and business partners to discuss communication requirements and explore potential commercial partnerships. The company will be exhibiting at Booth S18-202 throughout the three-day event at ExCeL London.
