Scottish Water employees will be busy this week and the next working throughout the Falkirk area – unfortunately closing off roads to motorists in the process.

Falkirk Council has made an order to temporarily prohibit vehicles on Buchanan Gardens, Polmont, from a point adjacent to number 35 in a westerly direction for approximately 50 metres.

The closure will be in place from 7am to 7pm on Friday, November 6. The alternative route is Buchanan Gardens – Roberts Avenue – Buchanan Gardens or vice versa.

Achray Drive, Falkirk, from a point adjacent to Bracklinn Place in a southerly direction for approximately 120 metres, will also be closed from 7am to 7pm on Tuesday, November 10, while Blackston Road, Avonbridge, from a point adjacent to Main Street in an easterly direction for approximately 100 metres, will be closed from 8am on Tuesday November 10 to 11.59pm on Saturday, November 14.

The alternative route is Blackston Road – Candie Lower – B825 – B8028 or vice versa.
