Carriageway work closes off route for Falkirk area motorists
Drivers will have to avoid a stretch of road in the Falkirk area this week while carriageway surfacing takes place.
Falkirk Council made an order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on Simpson Drive, Maddiston, from its junction at Sunnybrae Terrace to its end.
The closure will be in place from now until 5pm on Thursday November 5 to allow the works to be carried out safely. No alternative routes are available.
