Man arrested over Camelon street assault

A man has been arrested in connection with an assault in a Camelon street.

The victim, 39, was injured following an incident in Fleming Gardens yesterday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the scene a short time before 5pm.

A spokesman for Police Scotland told The Falkirk Herald: “We received report of a 39-year-old man having been assaulted on Fleming Gardens in Camelon around 4.40pm on Sunday, August 1, 2021.

“A 23-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.”
