Craig Eddie, 23, is the bookies’ favourite to win the 2021 version of the ITV contest – and pupils and staff at his former school couldn’t be happier for him.
St Mungo’s High School in Falkirk has produced a video to spur on the alumni ahead of Saturday night’s grand finale.

Hide AdIn the clip, headteacher Stephen Phee says: “I’m delighted to say that you’re in the final of The Voice UK.
“We’ll all be watching from home on Saturday night and we wish you the best. Fantastic achievement.
“Just remember your old headteacher when you become a millionaire and famous. Thank you.”
Craig’s form teacher is also among those to send a message of encouragement and recalls his YouTube music videos as a teenager.
