Children and teachers at St Francis Xavier’s Primary School in Falkirk are backing their alumni to come out on top and secure himself a professional recording contract by winning the ITV show.
Youngsters in Primary 7 set time aside to record some words of encouragement prior to the grand finale on Saturday night.

Hide AdLikewise, the town’s St Mungo’s High School is also rooting for the 23-year-old.
Stephen Phee, St Mungo’s High headteacher, said: “It is fantastic to see Craig in the final of The Voice UK. What a talent!
“We will all be watching and cheering him on. Hopefully this is just the start of a career in the music industry and when he becomes rich and famous he will remember his old headteacher.”
Craig, who is being mentored by judge and pop star Anne-Marie, is the current bookies’ favourite as he prepares to go up against Hannah Williams, Okulaja and Grace Holden.

Hide AdSpeaking earlier this week, he revealed the backing he’s been shown by fans in Falkirk district and farther afield ever since he made it through the blind auditions has had a profound effect.
Craig said: “I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I never expected to get the support I’ve had at all.
“Things have ramped up a lot. I remember the reaction I got from the blind audition. Since the semi-final, it’s been like a rocket ship that’s not stopping.”
