Larbert hotel owner finds out if he can keep 'concierge' lodge on land
A hotel owner had been hoping the local authority would allow him to keep his new temporary manager – or “concierge” – lodge on his land.
Steven McLeod lodged a retrospective application with Falkirk Council on March 27 looking for permission to site a “temporary manager’s lodge” on land near Glenbervie House, Torwood, Larbert.
According to the online planning documents the building, known on plans as the “proposed concierge lodge” is situated near 10 holiday lodges at the site.
Planners granted permission on Friday, July 31.
