A man has been taken to hospital following a two-car crash near Denny.

The incident took place on the M80, close to J6 Old Inns Interchange, yesterday afternoon.

Emergency services rushed to the scene shortly after 4pm.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Around 4.05pm on Wednesday, February 3, officers were called to a report of a two-car crash on the M80 southbound near J6, Denny.

“Officers attended the scene and a man has been taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital.”
