Falkirk weather: Yellow warning for rain as Forth Valley set for flooding

Motorists in Falkirk district are being urged to use caution on the roads this weekend after a yellow weather warning was issued for the region.

Heavy rain is expected to affect southern, central and western Scotland throughout Saturday, bringing a risk of flooding.

Though there is expected to be a respite overnight, Traffic Scotland is advising drivers to remain cautious due to the potential for surface water.
