The first customers were served mid-morning.

The outlet is run by local franchisee, Elliot Jardine, who now owns and operates nine restaurants across Falkirk, Stirling, Alloa and Edinburgh.

It is currently operating drive through and delivery only due to Scottish Government Covid-19 restrictions.

Mr Jardine said: “It’s always an exciting day to open a new restaurant and to be given such a warm welcome from the local community has been the icing on the cake.

Rachel Murray, newly promoted business manager, added: “It was a great feeling to finally open our doors this morning and welcome our first customers through the Drive-Thru.

"I’m so proud of our team, who have went above and beyond to really make this a special moment and we’re looking forward to welcoming our customers over the coming weeks. Stop in and say hello – we’re officially open for business!”
