Man charged with dealing heroin and not informing police of Covid-19 symptoms

Darren Wallace (35) was found inside a property in Foundry Street, Falkirk along with around £400 worth of the class A drug on Wednesday following a raid.
He has been charged with possessing the drug with intent to supply.

Hide AdWallace, of Falkirk, is also accused of attempting to headbutt an officer, obstructing a search and failing to disclose he had Covid-19 symptoms when asked by police and then intentionally coughing.


He appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court yesterday, made no plea and was remanded in custody.
