Mum trashed Falkirk kebab shop and flashed breasts

A video of Ann Marie Fowler (33) showed her leaving a trail of destruction at Kebabish in Falkirk on July 21.

In the clip, she’s seen ripping up glass counters and hurling food while falsely accusing staff of rape.

As the frantic owner called the police, Fowler, of Kelty, was filmed pulling down her top and shouting “you raped me” and making racial remarks.

She later appeared from custody in court and pleaded guilty to a series of charges.

Sentence was deferred for reports but when she returned to court today, her lawyer, John-Paul Gallacher, told Sheriff Derek Livingston they were not ready.

He added that Fowler had left Falkirk after the incident and had moved to Fife.

Sentence was further deferred until September 17 and bail was renewed.
