Falkirk drink-driver had two children in van when stopped by police
A drink-driver got behind the wheel with two children in his vehicle while almost five times over the legal limit.
Richard Dunn (30) was stopped by police when he ran a red light in Main Street, Bainsford at about 11.30pm on Saturday.
At the time, he was driving his Citroen Berlingo van with the children on board.
As well as being way over the legal limit, Dunn, 4 Adam Street, Falkirk, also pled guilty to being disqualified from driving and not having insurance.

He appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday. Sentence was deferred until September 18, when Dunn will discover his punishment.
