Zachary Boa (31) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified on Californian Road, California on November 23 last year.

Sheriff Christopher Shead responded: “It’s a pretty blatant breach of a recently imposed disqualification.”

He ordered Boa, 31 Bank Street, Slamanna, to complete 120 hours unpaid work within 12 months and banned him from driving for a further 32 months.
