The staple of the early pre-season sessions took place on Thursday under the watchful eye of performance coach Graeme Henderson.

The Bairns were tested for jumping height, power and the infamous bleep test, all on the Falkirk Stadium pitch.

The squad was given a reprieve on Tuesday when a storm forced the testing to be moved to Thursday - but while the weather was better, it still wasn’t the most pleasant!
