Tickets for Beecraigs Festive Forest 2021 set to go on sale - here's how to get them
Tickets for a festive light trail at a West Lothian country park this December are set to go on sale.
Organisers of the Beecraigs Festive Forest revealed this week that early bird tickets for the 2021 event, which proved popular with families in 2019, will be available from 9am on Friday, May 28.
Last year’s event was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, but those behind the plans – Rowen Events – are looking forward to welcoming visitors back to their magical winter wonderland at Beecraigs Country Park, near Linlithgow from December 3 to 24.
The Festive Forest invites visitors to enjoy an illuminated trail through the woodland, taking in magical sights and sounds.
The family-friendly event also features a Santa storytelling experience, children’s rides, festive treats and more fun surprises.
Safety measures in line with Scottish Government guidelines at the time will be in place to ensure the safety of those attending the event, as well as those working there.
All tickets for the event, which runs daily from 4pm to 10pm, must be booked in advance.
The festive themed installation is by one of the country’s leading light designers, promising a fantastic experience for all ages.
In a post on its Facebook page this week, Beecraigs Festive Forest said: “Early bird tickets will go on sale on Friday 28th May at 9am. These tickets are available at last year’s prices for a limited time only!”
It added: “Get planning with your family/friends and pick a date to celebrate the festive season together this year!”
The very first Beecraigs Festive Forest took place in December 2019 and proved a hit with locals and visitors alike.
Before being forced to cancel the 2020 event, organisers had said the trail would be “bigger, brighter, longer and more spectacular” than before, so hopes are high for this year’s event.
According to the event website, those loyal customers who kept their tickets for last year’s cancelled event will have new tickets issued for use at this year’s event.
