Saskia Eng, who reached the knockout stages of The Voice in 2018, tops a bill full of talented turns at this year’s Party At The Green on Saturday, March 21.

Building on the success of 2019’s inaugural event, which raised £1000 for the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH), this time around the family-friendly music festival will hope to collect a substantial amount for Mental Health Foundation Scotland.

“The proceeds of the day will go Mental Health Foundation Scotland, who, for the last 70 years, have been taking a preventative approach, finding and addressing the sources of mental health problems so people and communities can thrive.

As well as Saskia, Party At The Green 2020 will feature some of the best unsigned acts in Central Scotland covering a variety of musical genres, from folk and opera to pop and rock, so there is sure to be something for everyone to enjoy.

Things get underway at the Polmont Road club from 1pm with Pipe Major Jimmy Gavin from Camelon Pipe Band piping Laurieston Primary School choir into the clubhouse around 1.30pm.

This will be followed by a number of live performances including turns from classically-trained vocalist and two-time winner of Linlithgow’s Got Talent Rebecca Traynor and Grangemouth High School rising star Jasmin Milne.

Headliner Saskia will bring the curtain down on live performances at around 9pm.

After that there will be a post-show disco to keep people dancing until the early hours.

Weather permitting, there will be activities throughout the day, including a bouncy castle, Easter egg hunt and lots more.
