All Shook Up is the group’s ninth annual production based on the King’s most famous tunes from Jailhouse Rock, Heartbreak Hotel and A Little Less Conversation to Burning Love and It’s Now or Never.

It’s a tale of a small town girl with big dreams who meets a mysterious stranger in a leather jacket who then shakes up the residents of a small Midwestern town in 1950s America when rock n’ roll was in its infancy.

The group, set up in 2007, has around 70 members ranging from ages eight to 18 who will all perform on stage for the show’s run from Tuesday to Friday, February 2-6.

The principal cast features Daniel Louis as Chad; Eva Caie (Sylvia); Heather Watkins (Lorriane); Claudia Anderson (Natallie Haller); Luc Liddell (Dennis); Ryan Young (Jim Haller); Kristen White (Mayor Matilda Hyde); Lewis Dawson (Dean Hyde); Ian Williamson (Sheriff Earl); Alexandra Kerr (Miss Sandra).

Chairman Grant Alexander said: “Our company goes from strength to strength with a cast of 70 on stage for this production. Last year’s production of Peter Pan played to packed audiences and I’m sure All Shook Up will be equally successful.”
