The Scotsman Rugby Show Episode 16

SCOTLAND on a roll and tries galore in this week’s edition of The Scotsman Rugby Show.

This week we look back at Scotland’s win against Ireland in the RBS Six Nations Championship with views from the Scottish and Irish camps, and, casting an eye over the young Scots talent coming through, we feature the great tries from Scotland under-20s’ win against Ireland at Netherdale.

There are also club tries this week, a spotlight on Ayr’s second championship triumph and a catch-up on where we stand with promotion and relegation in the top club leagues.

We also take a trip to Hawick to see the unveiling of Bill McLaren’s statue by his widow Bette and we manage to squeeze ‘The Bear’, former Grand Slam-winning tighthead prop Iain Milne, into our Five Quick Questions hotseat, where he looks back on the highlights of his playing career.

We are trying to keep the show short and sharp, so it’s slightly shorter this week, purely because we feel that few people wish to watch 20-plus minutes online, but if you have any views on what we could or should have in the programme keep the emails coming to: [email protected]

Thanks for watching!
