Shaw show how it’s done in Motherwell Taekwondo tournament
Shaw Martial Arts students participated in categories for Patterns, Sparring, Special Technique, and for the first time ever, Team Patterns and Sparring at the GMS XXII Open in Motherwell.
The team brought home four medals: Sophie Holmes - Bronze, patterns; Gold, team patterns; Gold, team sparring Rory Hewins - Bronze, patterns.
