Voice of the Bairns on Radio Royal dies
Falkirk football club commentator for Radio Royal, and former Larbert High school teacher, Sandy Watson has died.
Mr Watson, from Grangemouth, served the hospital radio station for more than 30 years as well as teaching generations of local children mathematics.
He was known as the voice of the Bairns on RR and awarded a golden microphone in 2014.
