Stenhousemuir striker Greig Spence moves to East Fife while Shire duo head to Edinburgh City

The 28-year old, whose contract is up in the summer, will spend the rest of the campaign at Bayview.

Spence joined the Warriors last season from Championship side Arbroath and went on to score eight goals during his time at Ochilview.

The Dunfermline born attacker played for both Rangers and Celtic during his youth career in between his first spell with Alloa Athletic.

He has also turned out for Hamilton Accies, Raith Rovers and Cowdenbeath during his career.

Meanwhile, two East Stirlingshire players have left the club on-loan in order to play football following the announcement of the conclusion of the Lowland League season.

Jamie Dishingston and Jordan Tapping have moved to League 2 side Edinburgh City for the rest of the season.

Shire manager Derek Ure had previously said he was open to his players going out on loan in order to play football providing the deal was suitable for both the player and the club.

Tapping and Dishington join fellow Shire players Sean Brown and Nicky Low in making short term moves away from the Falkirk Stadium.

Brown has been with East Fife since the middle of last month and featured regularly for the League 1 outfit while Shire captain Low moved three division up to join Arbroath in the Championship.

The Scottish League Cup winner put in an impressive performance for Dick Campbell’s Lichties at the weeekend as they beat Alloa 2-1 in the Championship.
