Boss Davie Irons said: “We have been in dialogue with him for a number of weeks now and I am thrilled to secure him for the new season. He had other offers but wanted to come to Stenhousemuir and challenge to win the league which is the ambition we share.

"We now have fantastic options in the middle of the park and Callum complements those that we already have signed, he will be an important player for us.

" He is at a stage in his career where he will thrive at the right club and we want him to be part of the future so to sign him on a two-year deal shows both our intentions, and his.”

Tapping started playing his football at the Warriors as a Young Maroon before signing on at Celtic before his move to London.

He is the fourth new face to join the Warriors after Chris Kane, Creag Little and striker Tommy Muir.
