Stenhousemuir to meet Rangers Youths or Uni students

Brown Ferguson’s Warriors were the final side out of the draw held today (Thursday) at Hampden Park, and were given an away trip.

The ties are scheduled for August 16 or 17 and the Warriors will now be keen observers when Rangers’ under-20s take on the Lowland league side.

They could also gain an insight to one of their potential opponents as Stirling Uni are scheduled to meet East Stirlingshire next week.

The Shire are now out of the competition but their conquerors Montrose were also drawn away, and they head to Turriff United.
