Scott Booth has added two new players to his squad ahead of tomorrow’s crunch league game against Ayr United.

The Warriors manager has signed journeyman forward Craig Sutherland until the end of the season.

The 26-year-old started his career at Spartans before moving to the USA to play with Midwestern State University.

He moved back to the UK with Blackpool and Plymouth Argyle and later had spells at Woking and Queen’s Park before ending up at Cowdenbeath last season.

Booth has also secured the services of Celtic under-19 forward and local lad Paul McMullan on loan until the end of the season.

Both players are likely to feature tomorrow in what Booth has described as a “massive game” against Ayr.

“This week we play a team who are alongside us in the league and we need to beat them,” he said. “We’ve already proved that we can do it by beating them earlier in the season, but they’re almost an unknown quantity know as they have a new manager and they’ll be looking to impress him.

“We know we’re capable and we will be going for the three points.”
