Stenhousemuir are hoping things get a little bit Messi at Ochilview this season – if their new away kit is anything to go by.
The Argentina-esque light blue and white striped top is far removed from Warriors shirts of the past as our picture exclusive shows.
Manager Brown Ferguson said: “It doesn’t matter what colour of strip we play in, we’ll always try to play attractive football that our fans will enjoy.”
The revamped jerseys are not the only new look for the Warriors in season 2015-16.
As part of the special link-up between Stenhousemuir and Hearts - which will see the Tynecastle club’s under-20s utilise Ochilview for matches - Ferguson will also look to draft in some of the Edinburgh side’s highly-rated young players.
The prospects will be exposed to first-team football in League One before returning to Tynecastle.
The first step in that partnership comes on Monday night when Robbie Neilson’s Jambos face Ferguson’s team in a friendly at 7.30 pm.
Before then, the Warriors host Livingston on Saturday. Kick off at Ochilview is 1.30 pm.
