SPFL League One 2020-21 fixtures released: Falkirk head to Montrose

The Bairns now know their second League One schedule after the fixtures were revealed this afternoon.

Montrose will host Falkirk on october 17

Lee Miller and David McCracken will take the Bairns to Montrose to kick off their second season in League One.

The Bairns have been paired with the Gable Endies on October 17 before returning home for a double-header with Forfar and East Fife and then a trip to Firhill.

Thistle are the Boxing Day visitors and the season ends hopw last season did, at home to Peterhead.

Paul Hartley will re-visit Falkirk twice with his Cove Rangers side on November 21 and April 17.

The Bairns have 14 home league games in the calendar, which includes only 27 matchdays due to the shortened season and delayed start date.

The Betfred Cup will kick-off at the start of October before the league gets underway.
