The Lowland League side slipped down the table on Wednesday with a 3-2 home defeat from Vale of Leithen.

Sludden and Mooney arrived at Shire to replace Craig Tully in the aftermath of the club’s drop out of the senior set-up and into the Lowland League two years ago. They had previously worked together at Camelon.

However the duo failed to lift the club back into the SPFL League Two set-up prompting a change in manager which co-incides with their landlords’ search for a new boss.
