The Bairns boss was sorry his side could not give a tremendous 4,400 travelling support a final day victory, but praised his players efforts over the season.

Kilmarnock won 4-1 on aggregate and 4-0 on the day thanks to a Greg Kiltie double and goals from Kris Boyd and Miles Addison.
