The Bairns were very slow to start on Saturday and were punished for a mundane first half by Chris Higgins’ header for the visitors just before half-time.
But Falkirk were much improved in the second half and the Doonhamers barely got a look in as a revved-up Bairns side took the game to them and scored three second half goals to close the gap on second placed Hibs.
