Falkirk players were back at The Falkirk Stadium last week for pre-season training as the new group of players and coaching staff got on the pitch together for the first time.

The squad were put through some lung bursting fitness drills by the coaches before they even saw a ball as Paul Sheerin and his team ran them in to the ground.
