The striker once commanded a £240,000 fee taking him from the Bairns to Bradford City in 2011 after he top scored for Steven Pressley’s side in season 2010-11.

Stewart later went on to have spells at Dundee, Kilmarnock, Hamilton, Stranraer, Dumbarton and a particularly goal-laden time at Raith Rovers.

St Cadoc’s also runs an extensive youth football programme, and will include an under-20s team next term. The club also has a netball squad.
