Falkirk's Tom Taiwo: We can't get ahead of ourselves
The Bairns drew with Dumbarton on Saturday and remain nine points ahead of the ninth placed Sons, though Stevie Aitken’s side have three games in hand to make up the difference.
And while the recent purple patch for Falkirk has closed the gap on the play-offs at the top end, Taiwo says the next game should be the club’s focus – every single week.

Taiwo said: “People ask what we focus on in this situation, The league or the cup? We focus on the next game. It breeds confidence.
“The next game, the next game, the next game. Last week we had confidence going into the game against Dumbarton after the boost from the last minute goal in Brechin.
“We always had it then and we had it on Saturday against Dumbarton – that feeling we could go ahead at any moment was still there, it just didn’t happen for us but we will keep going and be positive in every game.

“At the moment we need to be looking at the next game and then the next one and carry on like that. It’s a disappointment not to win at home but it does maintain the gap over Dumbarton.
“If we keep playing in that vein we’ll be fine and pick up some more points.”
The next game, as Taiwo focusses on, is a tough test for the Bairns, but a return at Hampden is at stake.

“The guys we’ve brought in since, like Tommy Robson, Andrew Nelson, Alex Jakubiak – they have shown no fear. They have all performed for us.
“This is a pressure situation for us all. We are still in a relegation fight. They’ve turned up and turned it on, they dont need to get up for this one, they’ll know.”
Tickets for the game are still on sale at The Falkirk Stadium shop. Check the club website for opening times.
