Paul Watson scored his first Falkirk goal last week, and he will meet his former club on Saturday.
Watson left Raith Rovers and joined the Bairns hours before the pre-season friendly with Partick Thistle last month.
He told Heraldsport: “It all happened very quickly a few weeks ago.
“The manager spoke to me and I was signing for Falkirk the next again day so it was wrapped up in a matter of hours really.”
Watson netted against Morton and could do so against his former club Raith when they visit Falkirk Stadium.
“Raith was a good club, well-run, and I enjoyed it there but I felt it was time to move on.
“I met up with the new manager (Ray McKinnon) there when he took over. He contacted me and we had a really good chat and he’s a really nice man, a good guy with great ideas, but as I said, I just felt it was time for another step.
“There’s a good squad here and I’m looking forward - maybe I’ll can score again like last week because that’s something I want to add to my game.”
