Craig Sibbald was sponsors man of the match and takes full points for Falkirk in this week’s Starshot.

The contest for the coveted prize is heating up with several players still in the running for a victory, and it could be all change again after this week’s ratings

*** Craig Sibbald: Winger’s bursts into the Raith box should really have brought a goal, but while other players edged around the icy pitch, the 20-year-old seemed to glide acrosss the slippery surface and looked sharp, particularly in the first half.

** Aaron Muirhead: Delivery from the makeshift right-back was excellent and he seems to become ever-more dependable by the week despite playing out of position at right-back.

* Blair Alston: A classy finish handed another goal to the in-form Bairn and once he was withdrawn, the Bairns looked a shadow of themselves after a blistering first half. Alston’s link-up in passing moves with the likes of Muirhead, Will Vaulks and Mark Kerr before the break had Raith on the back foot.

STARSHOT: 21 P.Grant, Sibbald, Baird; 19 Vaulks, Kerr; 13 Rogers; 10 Miller, Alston, Muirhead; 8 McHugh; 6 Taiwo; 5 Watson; 4 Smith, Leahy; 3 McCracken; 2 O’Hara, 1 McGrandles.
