Cameron Blues has become the latest Bairn to sign a new contract.
The development league side’s captain, and Falkirk herald columnist, penned his new deal and pledged to force his way into the Falkirk first-team.
He told the club website it didn’t take long to agree theextension and he added: “Hopefully I can keep working hard for the under-20s and get into the first team plans.
“I’m really happy here and enjoying my season.
“It’s important for the club to bring youth through and to see the likes of Kevin O’Hara and Tony Gallacher getting their chance, and the likes of Ryan Blair and Scott Shepherd in the first team squad gives us something to aim for.”
Blues is heading to Dingwall today where Falkirk under-20s play Inverness Caledonian Thistle at the Highland football academy.
Lee Miller signed a new contract last week and both John Baird and Aaron Muirhead are on the verge of extending their deals through an appearance trigger clause in their contracts.
