Aaron Muirhead seems determined to put a frustrating season behind him.
The Falkirk defender was sidelined for most of last term at both Partick Thistle and Falkirk.
But he signed an extended deal with the Bairns last month and has made an early start to pre-season to ensure he is ready for the new term in the SPFL Championship.
He’s been getting a head-start ahead of the squad re-joining on June 29 by working out with personal trainer David Crawford at Airdrie gym ‘Ultimate Fitness’ in Chapelhall Industrial Estate.
This week the pair have been working on strength in the gym followed by some speed/acceleration/reaction work in the studio, and it’s paying off already judging by the sharpness in the video taken by David – who plays for Albion Rovers – and uploaded to his Facebook site.
