Falkirk defender Kyle Turnbull made a winning start to his senior Falkirk career at Clyde on Saturday.
The Bairns’ Academy graduate will join the illustrious hall of fame in the tunnel of The Falkirk Stadioum after completing 90 minutes of the Ramsdens Cup tie.
“It was good to make my debut and I thought Clyde played well, made it tough and we’re pleased to be through.
I felt early in the week I might get the shout and I’m pleased I did, it was good to be inolved in helping the club into the next round,” he told The Falkirk Herald.
The 18-year-old was frequently in Scotland youth teams with Craig Sibbald while progressing through the ranks with the Bairns and has finally joined his youth team-mates in the top team.
