The decision of the clubs, and ultimately Dundee FC last month handed Raith Rovers the title of league winjners with eight matches still to play – including a final day showdown between the Bairns and Kirkcaldy side scheduled for Saturday just past. It was not to be and what the future holds hangs in the balance.
