Falkirk confirm Airdrieonians match postponement

Falkirk FC have confirmed their upcoming League One fixture against Airdrieonians has been postponed due to structural damage to a floodlight tower.

The game was scheduled to take place at The Falkirk Stadium tomorrow (Saturday) at 3pm but has now been moved to Sunday, with kick-off at noon.

A statement on the club’s website reads: “The postponement is due to structural damage being found on one of the stadium’s floodlight towers.

“We apologise for the late notice and will provide any further updates in due course.”
