East Stirlingshire will face a long trip in the Scottish Cup - yet again - after drawing Fraserburgh.

The Ochilview club has faced Buckie Thistle twice in the past two season,s but will take on their Highland League rivals, The Broch, at Bellslea Park in the Second Round.

Fraserburgh came through 4-0 against Colstream at the weekend.

Falkirk have already faced Fraserburgh in pre-season, and by co-incidence, all three of the Bairns’ pre-season opponents progressed through their first William Hill Scottish Cup ties.

There’s also local interest in another of the ties as Eddie May and Stirling University host Bonnyrigg Rose.

Matches are due to be played on September 29.
