Falkirk lost the game 2-0 with goals from Rachid Bouhenna and Paul McMullan putting the Bairns to the sword.

8 - He just keeps on keeping on. Saved the Bairns from a hiding at times and not protected by his defence. Where would the Bairns be without him?
6 - Better show from the captain and close with a header off the post just before half-time.

6 - Steady enough on his return to Tannadice but part of a defence all at sea in the first quarter of the game.
5 - Bandaged up centre half looks comofrtable on the ball but was run ragged by United's attack for the first half.
6 - Restored to the starting XI he sent in some dangerous crosses - but always from deep and couldn't get into attacking areas to hurt the hosts often enough.
5 - A set-piece danger, he didn't get the chances often. Improved from last outing.
5 - Didn't put his mark on the game which largely passed him by.
5 - Strength gave United defence a test but looked a yard off and was hooked at half-time without laying a blow on the hosts.
5 - Bright early on but faded before being replaced by Jarvis
7 - Crafty and creative, the little playmaker didn't use the chances he made to test the United goalkeeper. Hopefully not his last game in the shirt.
7 - A leader from the frotn and by example, never gave up and dragged Falkirk forward in the second half. Deserved a goal late on, but didn't get enough supply to hurt the hosts.
1 - On and off again which visibly frustrated his manager.
4 - Gave the United defence more to contend with as Falkirk attacked more in the second half. Another who should have tested the goalkeeper more.
3 - On for Petravicius and steady enough but not the solution in the scenario
Reverted back to 4-2-3-1 but seemed willing to attack with four forwards on the bench. Opportunity didn't present itself though and must find creativity without DKD next week, and a clinical edge to play.
